1st Charge Bridging Loan to Release Funds for Auction Purchase

We were introduced to a client that required a bridging loan on a property in South London in 6 working days to enable her to release equity for a proposed auction purchase. The security property had further complications of a short lease.

 

Through our excellent relationships with bridging lenders, we were able to arrange the loan through a lender who did not require a surveyor’s valuation to save time. The lender was also able to increase their standard loan to value on properties with short leases to enable  the client to release the required monies.

 

Portway Finance were also able to introduce the client to a solicitor well equipped to arrange the required legal elements within the tight timeframe.

 

We were able to broker a total facility of £227,500 at 65% loan to value with an initial monthly interest rate 0.49% per month for the first 6 months.
